This is an instructional video I made. In this video I explain how to make a Chinese food – braised pork. This video is a video I made independently. I want to use this video to let more people who are interested in Chinese food learn how to make Chinese food at home. This experience also taught me a lot of video editing skills. It will help me a lot in my future employment.

This podcast is about the tea ceremony and positive thinking. This podcast is my independent project and I chose this topic because I am very interested in tea. I hope that through this podcast, more people will realize the charm of tea. At the same time, I hope that through this podcast, more people can learn about the charm of tea, and at the same time, through drinking tea, we can make our daily life more peaceful. After finishing this project, I learned the skills of making podcasts. I think this may become a hobby that I can stick to for a long time.

As you can see, the topic I mentioned in this speech is Chinese education. The reason I chose this topic is that I have been influenced by Chinese education. So I want to talk about the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese education through this speech. I think it was a great experience. This public speaking allowed me to practice my speaking skills and stress resistance.
